First month - results

Well, following the first month since the 'soft-launch' of this language start-up, I thought I'd report on some of the facts and figures we've collected.

. nearly 100 linguists and translation agencies have signed up - thanks for your support!
. 340 'tweeps' follow our progress on Twitter
. site visits from over 50 countries

We've made some slight improvements to the interface, but, as you can see, there's still more to be done on that front.

Plans for the month to come
. a more diverse application of social media to spread the word and raise awareness
. site design continual improvement
. another 100 linguists and translation agencies creating profiles
. another 250 followers on Twitter to keep updated and engage with
. some marketing tests to translation buyers, given the 150 language pairs available on-site
. SEO optimisation
. making a feature of the linguist map, which is quite a fun way to browse linguists

So, that's the latest, now it's time to start another month!
